Are you a problem solver who prefers being on the floor rather than stuck behind a desk? We are seeking a Credits & Claims Officer to join our team. This is a high-energy, active role where you will be based almost entirely within the warehouse, acting as the final word on customer returns and stock integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Physical Claims Investigation: Physically inspect and verify car parts/stock returns to determine if claims are valid.

• Stock Management: Handle and organize inventory, ensuring hardware and stock alignment across the floor.

• On-the-Floor Reporting: Use your "switched-on" mindset to track claims and report findings directly to management.

• Warehouse Support: Jump in to assist with packing and local deliveries whenever needed to keep operations moving.

• Decision Making: Confidently approve or reject claims based on physical inspections and communicate outcomes.

What we’re looking for:

• A "Switched-On" Mindset: You don't need to be an Excel wizard, but you do need to be sharp, observant, and able to pick up systems quickly.

• Hands-On Attitude: You are comfortable working in a warehouse environment and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty with car parts and stock.

• MUST be a perm resident or citizen as the role is ongoing.

• Analytical Thinking: You have a natural ability to investigate problems and find the root cause of stock issues.

• Reliability: Punctuality and a consistent work ethic are non-negotiable for this team.

• Team-Oriented: Willing to multitask and adapt, whether that's inspecting a part or helping out with a delivery.
